What’s the catch?

  • We are a fully digital operation, so you don’t end up having to pay for our office, coffee, secretaries, etc.

  • We currently offer only FMLS. We don’t currently offer GAMLS at this time. We do this so we don’t have to pass fees onto you. We may ad a GAMLS option in the future.

  • The brokerage is not a member of NAR and our agents are not capital “R” Realtors. We do this to reduce costs and avoid unnecessary fees. You can still purchase and use GAR forms for $349.

  • Our brokerage is best of agents that are highly independent and self-driven. We don’t offer technical support, IT, leads, advanced training, break room donuts, or even a break room. Broker’s that offer heavy hand-holding get paid for their efforts.
